What it does
Plan the day
Drop the day’s stops onto a route, assign a driver, reorder by dragging. It is on their tablet before they leave the yard.
Capture the stop
Counts, weights, notes and photos, on big buttons sized for a gloved hand. It saves on the device and uploads itself when signal returns.
Price it automatically
The finished route arrives as a draft invoice priced off your own rate book. Per head, per cwt, per mile, per stop.
Get paid
Card and ACH through Stripe, with credits and prepay handled rather than fudged. Drivers never touch money.
Operations still running on paper tickets and one office PC.

I started this once before and never finished it.
A guy I knew delivered for a living and wanted to run his own deliveries around town. I started building something for it. I was a teenager, I got partway in, and it never got finished. He ended up buying last-mile delivery software from somebody else, which was fair.
That was years ago. I write software full time now and I am much better at it than I was. RouteBill is the same idea, built properly. It is better than the version I abandoned, and I would like to think it is better than what he settled for.
